Groups of 2-4 participants. Training will be personalized and directed towards overall needs and capabilities of the group.


Class includes warm-up/icebreaker, fun/games, and general fitness. Working on strength, agility, coordination, balance and teamwork.


Small groups of 7 or less. Focuses on teamwork, balance, agility, strength and coordination.


1-on-1 training is focused directly on what the participant needs. Including, but not limited to Strength, Endurance, Sports Training, balance and agility, coordination, social, etc.
